Franki (Tsan Wing)provides person-centred psychotherapy as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) for individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and relational difficulties. He offers a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that supports emotional safety and thoughtful self-exploration.
His therapeutic approach focuses on understanding presenting concerns within personal, relational, and cultural contexts, while strengthening emotional regulation and developing effective coping and communication skills. Franki works with clients navigating life transitions, acculturation stress, parenting concerns, and marital or intergenerational conflicts, where clinically appropriate.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative approaches, Franki supports clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, relating differently to difficult emotions, and externalizing challenges in ways that reduce self-blame and increase personal agency. This process helps clients reconnect with their values, strengths, and preferred ways of living.
Seeking support is a meaningful step toward change. In this trilingual therapeutic space (English / 粵語 / 國語), clients’ experiences are met with respect, cultural sensitivity, and professional care. Clients do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Franki offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
